Due to the digital and personalized nature of our career services:

 I stand behind the quality of my work. If any part of your deliverables feels misaligned with your goals or expectations, you’ll receive priority support and refinement to ensure the final outcome meets the standard of excellence promised.

• Digital Products: All sales of downloadable guides or templates are final.

• Services: Once a resume rewrite or coaching session has commenced, fees are non-refundable as they cover the time and intellectual labor of the strategist.

• Rescheduling: Clients must provide 24 hours' notice to reschedule a coaching session, or the session may be forfeited.
